Antonio Fiorentino Martino

Antonio Fiorentino Martino joined Scarioni Angelucci e Associati in February 2020.

In 2008 Antonio carried out an internship at the Australian headquarters of a leading international law firm, and then he began his professional career in Milan at the tax boutique Miccinesi e Associati, where he worked for seven years. In 2015 he moved to LCA Studio Legale, where he co-founded the tax department.

Antonio regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in all the alternative dispute resolution proceedings and also before the Tax Courts.
His area of competence focuses primarily on international taxation, taxation of financial instruments,
transfer of family assets to descendants, and VAT.

Antonio is a speaker at seminars and conferences, and a lecturer on tax law at master and training courses organized by universities, professional associations and major banks.

He graduated in Law (magna cum laude) at the Catholic University of Milan in 2008, and in Marketing and Communication (magna cum laude) at the University of Siena in 2004.

In 2009 he was visiting scholar at the New York University School of Law.

He was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 2012.
