Andrea Gallizioli

Andrea Gallizioli has been with Scarioni Angelucci e Associati since January 2024.

In 2009, he began his professional experience at Facchini Rossi Scarioni, with whom he worked for four years. Subsequently, he worked with Scarioni Angelucci and Ludovici Piccone & Partners. From 2021 to 2023, he was a junior partner in the tax department of Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici.

Andrea Gallizioli focuses on mergers and acquisitions, management incentive plans, taxation of investment funds, and international tax law. He has gained significant experience in the taxation of individuals, transfers of residence to and from Italy, planning generational transfers, holding of personal assets, and non-profit entities.

He is a speaker at tax seminars and conferences and author of several articles published in Italian and foreign journals.

He graduated in Law and Business Administration from the Bocconi University of Milan in 2009.

He has been a member of the Association of Tax and Chartered Accountants of Milano (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti) since 2013. He is a member of the tax committee of the International Bar Association, where he has been an officer since January 2023. He serves as a member of the board of auditors and an independent director of major Italian companies.
