Stefano Forcina
Stefano Forcina has been with Scarioni Angelucci e Associati since January 2024.
Previously, he worked for one year with the Milan office of Baker & McKenzie and for three years with Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici.
He regularly deals with mergers and acquisitions, corporate taxation, and international tax law. He has gained significant experience in the taxation of private equity transactions and management incentive plans.
He graduated in Law from the University of Bari in 2018. In 2019, he participated in the Master Tributario organized by the 24ore Business School.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2023.
