Andrea Cerofolini joined Scarioni Angelucci e Associati in December 2022.
Previously, he has collaborated with two tax firms based in Milan.
His area of competence focuses primarily on corporate taxation and international tax.
He graduated cum laude in “Administration, Finance and Control” at Luiss Guido Carli of Rome in 2019 with a thesis entitled “Transfer Pricing impacts in the (Merger) Leverage Buy-Out: a practical case study for structuring the operation”.
He was admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in 2022.
