Federico Nobili
Federico Nobili joined Scarioni Angelucci e Associati in January 2025.
He began his career in 2019 in the indirect tax department of EY. He subsequently worked at Ludovici Piccone & Partners and then in the tax department of Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, where he collaborated for approximately two years.
He later joined the tax team of the Italian law firm associated with Ashurst LLP, where he worked for around three years.
His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, management incentive plans and carried interest structures, taxation of investment funds, indirect tax, and private client advisory.
He graduated with honours in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University in Milan in 2019.
He is a chartered accountant since 2019 and is registered in the Italian Statutory Auditors Register since 2024.
